No. Many families start before anyone is officially named, and that's normal. Elayne meets you wherever you are, helps you understand your role, and walks you through the steps toward the authority you need.
You can't really get it wrong. Each plan includes everything in the one before it, so you can start wherever you like. If you move up later, you pay only the difference and pick up right where you left off.
You don't have to wait. Plenty of families start before anyone is officially named, and Elayne helps you get organized and file for probate so you can become the executor. The full asset search opens once you have the legal authority to run it, and Elayne walks you through getting there.
No. One price covers the whole estate. Invite unlimited family and professionals at no extra cost, so everyone stays in one place.
The estate covers it. Once you have authority and the estate bank account has funding, Elayne can be paid as an eligible estate expense, not another personal bill. If an estate bank account is not open yet, you can pay now and reimburse yourself from estate funds once the account is set up.
Most families can't find everything on their own. Verified Asset Search™ checks 100+ financial sources that mail, old statements, and public records miss, and Elayne has found over $5M in assets for families. Even confirming nothing is missing is worth knowing before the estate closes.
Much of early estate work is admin, not legal strategy: sorting documents, tracing accounts, gathering family details, and filling out forms. Estate setup handles that for $500, so you arrive organized and your attorney's hours go to legal work, not paperwork at their hourly rate. Families save about $4,500 in attorney time on average.
Yes, with one condition. Estate Setup can be refunded within 30 days by emailing us. Asset Discovery is different: once Verified Asset Search™ runs, the work is done and can't be refunded. Either way, if something isn't right, we want to hear from you.
